Our mission focuses us on a single niche - data collection and reporting for health outcomes studies, including HEDIS®. We accomplish our mission through our national network of nurse researchers and our proprietary technology solutions for work management.

We have years of experience profiling nurse researchers and know just what it takes to successfully perform chart investigation for health outcomes studies and site reviews. Our nurse researchers are local to the markets we serve and have extensive training in chart investigation and HEDIS® technical specifications for medical record reviews.
