QUALITY
Quality is inherent in every process including stringent
selection criteria for nurse researchers, 16 hours of research education
and proficiency testing for every nurse each year, complete over-read
of a statistically valid sample to ensure accuracy (I.e., inter-rater
reliability testing), random telephone surveys to determine professionalism
and on-time arrivals, and satisfaction surveys mailed directly to our
clients.
PRIVACY
Privacy and confidentiality of individually identifiable
health information regarding the persons whose medical records are reviewed
is maintained at all times. Outcomes, Inc. uses appropriate safeguards
to prevent use or disclosure of patient information, including returning
or destroying all patient chart information within 90 days of completion
of each project.
